There is a silver lining in everything right ? Well, when I managed to snap my archillies, there was no time for lying around. Nine weeks of recovery to get through, lead me to learn the art of making danish pastries to bread and the rest was history. I founded and created Mavis&Co in Hamilton, along with Clarence Tapas Bar. After 9 years of long 20 hour days it was time to establish a new business. I saw a gap in the market for ready made meals, no prep for you, just heat and eat !
